Actions to do
Make sure about 2D sape or geodata arm in home position
Calibrate 2D sape or geodata arm.
Plug the Distance and/or diameter potentiomer.
Connect the Distance and/or diameter potentiometer to the proper plug on the Integrated
Display
Check and replace the Distance potentiometer
Check and replace the Diameter potentiometer
E141 Check sum of EEPROM 1 is wrong
Complaint After switching on the balancer, the screen shows E141
Root cause
EEprom of Integrated Display is defective.
Integrated Display has been replaced
Service Code C47, C74; C86
Actions to do
Make sure about the proper communication with C74.
Perform C86.
Perform the C47 changing model and then One more C47 with the correct model
Replace the Integrated Display.
E144 Check sums of both EEPROMs are wrong
Complaint After switching on the balancer, the screen shows E144
Root cause
EEprom of Integrated Display and Optoencoder are defective.
Integrated Display and Optoencoder have been replaced
Service Code C74, C47
Actions to do
Make sure about the proper communication with C74
Perform the C47 changing model and then One more C47 with the correct model
Replace the Integrated Display or Optoencoder.
E145 Contents of the EEPROMs are different

Root cause
Contents of both permanent memories are different, but both contain valid data.
EEprom of Integrated Display and Optoencoder are not matching each other.
Integrated Display or Optoencoder have been replaced
Service Code C74, C85, C86
Actions to do
Make sure about the proper communication with C74
Perform the C85 if Optoencoder has been replaced
Perform C86 if Integrated Display has been replaced.
