E300 Check availability of keyboard
Complaint
Turning the machine on the screen shows E300. It is not possible to access to any screen
information.
Root cause
The balancers devices, such Optoencoder, HUB board and Keypad, communicate each other
through the communication bus I2C.
If one or more devices will not work or communicate, the communication bus I2C detects a
problem showing E300.
Service Code

Check optoencoder main shaft and the cable
Check the interface Integrated Dispaly cable.
Defective nterface Integrated Display.
Check the Lift Control board cable
Defective Lift control board
E341 Check sum of EEPROM 2 is wrong
Complaint Turning the machine on the display shows E341.
Root cause Contents of EEprom 2, optoencoder, is different because defective or replacement

Actions to do
Make sure about the proper communication with C74.
Check the ! at cable from Optoencoder.
Make sure that the there si not ! uctution of power supply during balancer booting
Perform the C85 if Optoencoder has been replaced
E500 Laser kit failure
Complaint Turning the machine on, the display shows E500
Root cause
Incorrect set up of the balancer.
Laser kit disconnected.
Defective Laser kit.
Weight laser board not supplyed
Defective weight laser board
Service Code C120, C123, C122
Actions to do
Check the balancer set up.
Check laser pointer cables and connectors.
Check the weight laser board cables and connectors
Replace the Laser kit
Replace the weight laser board.
E502 Laser Kit Motor Power Supply Fault
Complaint Turning the machine on, the display shows E502
Root cause
No power supply to the laser motor.
Cable from weight laser boar to Laser motor is disconnected, missing or damaged.
Defective Laser kit.
Service Code C122, C123
Actions to do
Check the proper " tting of the laser motor cable.
Check and replace the laser kit: adjust with C123 and calibrate with C122
