5.2.1 Standard equipment

Test brakes. t
Check brake lining. t
Check brake fluid level in the compensation tank and top up if
necessary.

Check connections and lines for leaks. t
Check brake mechanism, adjust and lubricate if necessary. t
Note:
Replace brake fluid after 2000 service hours or every two years.
Bleed the brake system.
Check water component of brake fluid and replace if necessary. t
Electrical System W A B C
Test displays and controls. t
Test warning and safety devices in accordance with operating
instructions.

Check fuse ratings. t
Check electric wiring for damage [insulation damage, connections].
Make sure wire connections are secure.

Test micro switch and adjust if necessary. t
Check contactors and/or relays. t
Test panel switch and check for damage. t

Check battery and battery components. t
Check battery cable connections are secure, grease terminals if
necessary.

Check exhaust levels and adjust if necessary. t
Test LPG system and check for leaks and damage. t
Replace the LPG filter. t
Check battery voltage. t
Note:
The LPG system may only be inspected by LPG system experts.

Check valve setting and adjust if necessary. t
Replace the spark plugs. t
Check V belt / multi-V belt is tensioned and check for damage. t
Test exhaust system and check for leaks and damage. t
Check coolant level and top up if necessary. t
