Test anti-freeze, top up if necessary. t

top up if necessary.

Check wheel suspension and attachment. t
Check wheels for wear and damage. t
Check tyre air pressure and top up if necessary. t
Replace transmission oil. t
Check ignition system and ignition point. t
Check maximum speed of the motor without load, adjust if
necessary.

Test water pump and the fans. t
Test starter and generator, Check wires and attachment. t
Check cooling system for leaks. t
Replace drive axle oil. t
Check engine for noise and leakage. t
Replace engine oil. t
Replace radiator fluid and anti-freeze. t
Check and clean radiator. t
Check air filter, replace if necessary. t
Replace air filter. t
Replace engine oil filter. t
Replace transmission oil filter. t
Check drive axle for noise and leakage. t
Check drive axle oil level and top up if necessary. t
Clean transmission discharge system. t
Clean or replace transmission oil suction filter if necessary. t

Check mast attachment / mounting. t
Check doors and/or covers. t
Check attachment of the counterweight. t
Check overhead guard and / or cab are secure and check for
damage.

Check condition of the driver’s seat. t
Test driver's seat restraint system and check for damage. t
Check labels are legible and complete. t
