Field-replaceable units (FRUs) are router components that can be replaced at the customer site. Replacing
most FRUs requires minimal router downtime. The router uses the following types of FRUs:

Power supply modules (if redundant)
•
Fan modules (if redundant)
•
Transceiver modules
