Q: How to make the DVR to sound a buzzer and the Siren to sound an alarm when the Smoke detector camera detects smoke?
A: Open Main menu > Parameter > Alarm > Sensor Control and congure the following parameters:
1. Channel: Select the channel where the Smoke detector camera is connected.
2. Enable parameters: Set the Status parameter to ON and congure the Buzzer and Siren duraon in seconds and save the sengs.
(3) Camera linked to the PIR Camera: If the PIR camera detects a moon during the me slot that is marked white in the recording schedule, the channel where the
linked camera is connected starts recording, displays an alert message on the screen, displays the channel in a full screen, and sends an alert email.
NOTE: Make sure displaying an alert message, displaying the channel in a full screen, and sending an alert email are enabled for the channel where the linked camera is connected.
Q#1: How to congure the DVR to show an alert message, open the channel in a full screen, and other related funcons?
A: Open Main menu > Parameter > Alarm > Sensor Control and congure the following parameters:
1. Channel: Select the channel where the linked camera is connected.
2. Enable parameters: Check to enable Show Message, Send Email, Full Screen, and other related parameters.
Q#2: How to link a camera to the PIR camera?
A: Open Main menu > Parameter > Alarm > Sensor Control and congure the following parameters:
1. Channel: Select the channel where the PIR camera is connected.
2. Record Channel: Select the channel that you want to link to the PIR camera channel and save the sengs.
3. Channel: Select the channel where is connected the linked camera.
4. Enable parameters: Check to enable Show Message, Send Email, Full Screen, and other related parameters and save the sengs.
