Warning volume' from the 'Setup →
Vehicle (LCD Display) or Settings →
Vehicle (Infotainment System
screen)' menu to change the Warn

ing Volume to 'High', 'Medium' or
䳒Low䳓 for Smart CruiseControl.How

ever, even if 䳒Off䳓 is selected, the
Warning volume of Smart Cruise
Control will not turn off but the vol
-
ume will sound as 䳒Low䳓.
If you change the Warning volume,
the Warning volume of other Driver
Assistance functions may change.
If the engine is restarted, Warning
volume will maintain the last set
-
ting.
Function operating
Operating conditions
Smart Cruise Control will operate
when the following conditions are
satisfied.
Basic function
䳜 The gear is in D (Drive)
䳜 The driver䳓s door is closed
䳜 EPB (Electronic Parking Brake) is
not applied
䳜 Your vehicle speed is within the
operating speed range
10~180 km/h (5~110 mph): when
there is no vehicle in front
0~180 km/h (0~110 mph): when
there is a vehicle in front
䳜 ESC (Electronic Stability Control),
TCS (Traction Control System) or
ABS is on
䳜 ESC (Electronic Stability Control),
TCS (Traction Control System) or
ABS is not controlling the vehicle
䳜 Engine rpm is not in the red zone
䳜 Forward Collision-Avoidance
Assist brake control is not operat

ing
At a stop, if there is vehicle in front
of your vehicle, the function will
turn on when the brake pedal is
depressed.
