Setting the ID for the CAMERA - “USB Storage”
Adjustment Specification
Prerequisites:
None
To Check:
[1] Do Step 1 to Step 3 in the “To Adjust” procedure.
To Adjust:
[1] Do “Connecting to the SERVICE SOFTWARE” on Page 75.
[2] Click [Get] in “USB Storage”.
Note
The ID values in the CAMERA display.
[3] Compare the serial numbers in the “Serial” field and on the LABEL on the CAMERA.
[4] If the serial numbers are not the same, enter the serial number from the CAMERA in the “Serial” field.
[5] Click [Set].
[6] If the “VID” field does not have “Kodak”, type: Kodak
[7] Click [Set].
Purpose: This feature allows the values to be written to the CAMERA:
• VID
• PID
• serial number
Do When: After doing maintenance on the CAMERA.
Specification: The values match the CAMERA.
