PAF SENSOR - “Distance”
Adjustment Specification
Important
• Do not use the CAMERA DOCK in this procedure.
• If the adjustment does not complete, the test starts again using the first temperature value.
Prerequisites:
None
To Check:
You cannot check this adjustment.
To Adjust:
[1] Place the CAMERA on the TRIPOD and tighten the connection.
[2] Set the conditions for the TARGET:
• rotation is within +/- 10 degrees
• luminance: BV2-6
• temperature: 25 +/- 5
°C
Purpose: To adjust the automatic focus feature of the CAMERA for distance.
Do When: • The distance in the image is not correct.
• After installing a new:
– CP1 BOARD - MCU
– MONITOR LCD AY
– LENS AY
Specification: The test results must comply with the specification values.
• Temperature when “TEMP” = a 2 point adjustment. For example, 25.0 - 250.
• L=XX:F=XX, each of the 7 series of adjustment values are “OK”
• DIST L, each of the 7 series of adjustment values are “OK”
Special Tools: • SERVICE SOFTWARE
• Computer
• USB CABLE
• 5 V AC ADAPTER
• TARGET - distance adjustment
• TRIPOD
