LENS - “Lens Adjustment (Infinity)”
Adjustment Specification
Prerequisites:
None
To Check:
You cannot check this adjustment.
To Adjust:
[1] Energize the COLLIMATOR.
[2] Set:
• COLLIMATOR to “infinity”
• CAMERA in the center of the screen of the COLLIMATOR without the LENS touching the COLLIMATOR
[3] Do “
Connecting to the SERVICE SOFTWARE” on Page 75.
Purpose: To measure and store the values for the focus.
Do When: After installing a new:
• CP1 BOARD - MCU
• MONITOR LCD AY
• LENS AY
Specification: The test results must comply with the specification values.
•“AF_I_WIDE: ZIW” focus at zoom position “Wide”
– -50<=ZIW<=50
•“AF_I_MID1: ZIM1” focus at zoom position center 1
– -25<=(ZIM1-ZIW)<=25
•“AF_I_MID2: ZIM2” focus at zoom position center 2
– -35<=(ZIM2-ZIW)<=35
•“AF_I_MID3: ZIM3” focus at zoom position center 3
– -25<=(ZIM3-ZIW)<=25
•“AF_I_MID4: ZIM4” focus at zoom position center 4
– -25<=(ZIM4-ZIW)<=25
•“AF_MID5: ZIM5” focus at zoom position center 5
– -30<=(ZIM5-ZIW)<=30
•“AF_MID6: ZIM6” focus at zoom position center 6
– -30<=(ZIM6-ZIW)<=30
•“AF_I_TELE: ZIT” focus at zoom position “Tele”
– -35<=(ZIT-ZIW)<=35
