8.1Removing the exhaust manifold
Warning
Danger of burns The exhaust system gets very hot when the vehicle is driven.
– Allow the exhaust system to cool down. Do not touch hot components.
– Remove the air filter box. ( p. 51)

– Unplug connector  of the lambda sensor. Open the cable binder.

– Remove screws .
– Remove the heat shield.

– Remove nuts  of the manifold.

Do not misplace the spacers.

– Loosen screw .
– Remove the manifold.
8.2Installing exhaust manifold

– Position the manifold at the rear with the seals.
