Corrective Maintenance
If a system component fails, it will need to be replaced by a KVH-
certified technician. The system is a sophisticated electronic device;
only specially trained KVH-certified technicians have the tools and
expertise necessary to diagnose and repair a system fault.
Important!
Field replaceable units should only be replaced by a trained, KVH-
certified technician. To find a technician near you, visit
www.kvh.com/wheretogetservice or contact KVH Technical Support
(see “Contacting KVH Technical Support” on page 143). Instructions
are provided with the replacement part.
