Data Connections
Accessing KVH Link Content
If your vessel has subscribed to a KVH Link entertainment service,
you can access its content using any of the following devices:
Option 1: Mobile App on Smartphone or Tablet
1. First, install the KVH Link app on your Apple iOS or Android
mobile device. You can download the app for free from the
Apple App Store or Google Play Store (data fees may apply).
2. Connect your device via Wi-Fi to the vessel’s network that is
connected to the ICM.
3. Launch the KVH Link app.
Option 2: Web Browser on Computer or Android Smartphone or
Tablet
NOTE: Movies and TV shows cannot be viewed in a web browser on an
Apple iPhone or iPad. You need to use the free KVH Link iOS app.
1. Connect your Windows or Mac computer, or your Android
smartphone or tablet, to the vessel’s network that is connected
to the ICM.
2. Using a compatible browser (e.g., Chrome)

The TracPhone system must be continuously powered on and
connected to the mini-VSAT Broadband network, both to receive the
latest content and to support user playback.
