Using Document Boxes
Document Box contains four types of component boxes which provide the following functions.
The following types of document boxes are available.
•Custom Box
•Job Box
•USB Drive Box
What is Custom Box?
Custom Box is a component box which you can create within the Document Box and store data for later retrieval.
You can create or delete a Custom Box, and manipulate data in various ways as described below:
Creating a New Custom Box
Printing Document in a Custom Box
Editing Documents in a Custom Box
Deleting Documents in Custom Box
What is Job Box?
Job Box is a generic name for the "Private Print/Stored Job Box", "Quick Copy/Proof and Hold Box", and "PIN Print
Box". These Job Boxes cannot be created or deleted by a user.
What is USB Drive Box?
A USB drive stick can be connected to the USB drive slot on the machine to print a saved file. You can print data
directly from the USB drive without a PC.
NOTE
To use Custom Box, an optional SSD must be installed in the machine.

You can set up the machine so that temporary documents in job boxes are automatically deleted.
