Enabling Job Accounting
Enable job accounting. Use the procedure below.

Display the screen.
1 [Menu] key > [ ] [ ] key > [User/Job Account] > [OK] key
2 [ ] [ ] key > [Job Account.Set.] > [OK] key > [ ] [ ] key > [Job Accounting] > [OK] key

Configure the settings.
[ ] [ ] key > [On] > [OK] key
NOTE
If the User Authentication screen appears, log in with a user who has the privilege to configure this
setting. If you do not know your login User Name or Password, please contact your Administrator.
NOTE
To disable job accounting, select [Off].
When the display returns to System Menu default screen, logout is automatically executed and the
screen to enter the Account ID appears. To continue the operation, enter the Account ID.
