Using the Operation Panel
Operation Panel Keys
1[Menu] key: Displays the Menu screen.
2[Back] key: Returns to the previous display.
3 Numeric Keypad: Enter numbers and symbols.
4[Ready] indicator: Lights up in the print ready state. Blinks during print processing or when an error occurs.
5[Energy Saver] indicator: Lights up when the machine is in energy save mode.
6[Attention] indicator: Lights or blinks when an error occurs and a job is stopped.
7[Cancel] key: Cancels or pauses the job in progress.
8[Logout] key: Exits the operation for the current user (i.e. log out).
9[Document Box] key: Displays the Document Box screen.
10 [OK] key: Finalizes a function or menu, and numbers that have been entered.
11 [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] key: Increments or decrements numbers, or selects menu in the message display. In addition,
moves the cursor when entering the characters.
12 Select Key: Selects the menu displayed at the bottom of the message display.
13 Message display: Displays the setting menu and error messages.
