(3) Removing the main board
CAUTIONS Before removing the main board, the memory card must be removed first. However, do not remove the
memory card while power is on. If the memory card is removed (or inserted) while the printer is on,
damage could result in the printer’s electronics as well as the memory card.
1. Turn the power switch off.
2. Remove the memory card that may be
inserted in the memory card slot at the left
side of the printer.
3. Remove two screws.
4. Pull the main board all the way out of the
printer.
