(4) Detaching and refitting the press roller
Perform the following procedure when the press roller is to be checked or replaced.
Procedure
1. Divide the fixing unit into the upper fixing
frame and the lower fixing frame (see page 1-
6-19).
2. Remove the press roller from the lower fixing
assembly.
3. Check or replace the press roller.
4. Refit all the removed parts.
