Position starter assembly correctly and
place on engine shroud and install four mount-
ing screws finger tight.
Pull starter
rope
to engage starter pawls in hub.
This centers the starter assembly for proper
starter pawl engagement. While pulling starter
rope tighten mounting screws.
Torque mounting screws to

with Lawn-Boy Adhesive Sealant Part

to rounded part
of
exhaust gasket
as
shown. Position new exhaust gasket and se-
cure muffler to cylinder with three bolts.
Torque muffler bolts

three screws securing muffler guard to muffler
brackets.
