BWid - Duration of a burst measured over the entire
waveform.
+Dut - Ratio between positive pulse width and period.

DELAY MEASUREMENT PARAMETERS
Phase - Amount one waveform leads or lags another in time
expressed in degrees, where 360 degrees comprise one waveform
cycle.
FRR - Time between the first rising edge of Source 1 and the
first rising edge of Source 2.
