+Wid - Time between the first rising edge and the next rising
edge at the waveform 50% level.
-Wid - Time between the first falling edge and the next rising
edge at the waveform 50% level.
Rise Time - Duration of pulse waveform's rising transition
from 10% to 90%, averaged for all rising transitions between the
cursors.
Fall Time - Duration of pulse waveform's falling transition
from 90% to 10%, averaged for all falling transitions between the
cursors.
BWid - Duration of a burst measured over the entire
waveform.
+Dut - Ratio between positive pulse width and period.
-Dut - Ratio between negative pulse width and period.
DELAY MEASUREMENT PARAMETERS
Phase - Amount one waveform leads or lags another in time
expressed in degrees, where 360 degrees comprise one waveform
cycle.
FRR - Time between the first rising edge of Source 1 and the
first rising edge of Source 2.
