8. CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE
8.1 Replace the Cleaning Brushes
1. Take the milking robot out of operation with the X-link (page 6-5).
2. Move the Robot Arm to the Service Position.
3. Loosen the two screws.
4. Remove the two brushes from the shaft.
5. Install the two new brushes on the shaft.
6. Tighten the two screws.
7. Put the milking robot in operation with the X-link (page 6-3).
8. Start a Short Rinse (X-link) (page 6-15).
