7.4 Clean the Robot Arm and the Box
CAUTION
Do not use a high pressure cleaner when you clean the robot arm and the box.The
robot arm contains many electronic parts. A high pressure cleaner may cause
damage to these parts.
1. Take the milking robot out of operation with the X-link (page 6-5).
WARNING
Wait until the robot arm stops in the service position before you do
maintenance on the milking robot.
2. Select:
- Tab [
Test]
- [Robot arm]
- [
Service-3]
- [
Move robotarm].
3. Wait until the robot arm stops in the service position.
4. Use a bucket of water and a brush, or a soft spray hose to clean the robot arm and the box.
5. Put the milking robot in operation with the X-link (page 6-3).
6. Start a Short Rinse (X-link) (page 6-15).
