23. Use a rubber hammer to remove the pump housing.
24. Make sure the blades, the housing and the front cover are clean and free of damage.
25. If necessary, clean the parts.
26. Install the pump housing, if necessary use a rubber hammer.
27. Install the front cover.
28. Install the five bolts in the front cover.
29. Connect the tube to the air inlet.
30. Fully tighten the clamp on the tube.
31. Set the vacuum pump switch to the up position.
32. Select:
- Tab [
Test]
- [Pulsator]
- [Controls].
33. In the field Vacuum valves, select:
- LF [
Close]
- LR [
Close]
- RF [
Close]
- RR [
Close].
34. Select:
- Tab [
Test]
- [Vacuum pump]
- Vacuum set level [
Edit].
35. Type the vacuum level in the data field.
36. In the field Vacuum pump, select [
On].
37. Make sure the vacuum pump runs smooth.
38. Make sure there is no air leakage inside the engine room.
39. Turn off the light.
40. Close both engine room doors.
41. Unblock the cow traffic if necessary.
