6. Connect the black air tube (600 mm) that leads to the pneumatic
cylinder to the tube connector (9).
7. Lead the blue and black tubes that lead to the pneumatic cylinder
through the cable throughput (5) to the other side of the control box.
8. Connect the ‘IN’ side of the 4 bar (58 psi) pressure reducer (7, black
mark) to the black air tube. Take the air flow direction mark (in/out)
on the pressure reducer into account.
9. Connect the ‘IN’ side of the 2 bar (29 psi) pressure reducer (6, red
mark) to the blue air tube. Take the air flow direction mark (in/out) on
the pressure reducer into account.
10. Connect a black air tube (1500 mm) to the ‘OUT’ side of the 4 bar (58
psi) pressure reducer (7) and guide it through the sensor bracket
behind the upper sensor towards the pneumatic cylinder.
11. Connect the black air tube to the furthest air tube connector on the
pneumatic cylinder (6) (see figure 33 on page 5-24).
12. Connect a blue air tube to the ‘OUT’ side of the 2 bar (29 psi) pressure
reducer (6) (see figure 40 on page 5-32) and guide it through the
sensor bracket next to the black tube towards the pneumatic cylinder.
13. Connect the blue air tube to the closest air tube connector on the
pneumatic cylinder (8) (see figure 33 on page 5-24).
14. Fixate the air tubes to the right nylon spacer with a tie wrap (1) (see
figure 41 on page 5-33).
15. Fixate the air tubes with tie-wraps through the front slotted holes on
the bracket.
16. Fixate the black air tube on top of the pneumatic cylinder with tie
wraps.
17. Feed the compressed main air supply tube through the two cable
throughputs into the control box.
18. Connect the main air supply tube to the ‘IN’ side of the air pressure
ON / OFF valve (15) (see figure 40 on page 5-32).
19. Connect a black air tube to the ‘OUT’ side of the air pressure ON / OFF
valve.
20. Connect the black air tube to the tube connector for the main air
pressure supply (8) on the valve unit.
21. Connect the cable from the valve solenoid (11) to connector J605
(Out8, gnd) on the ADS3830 PCB.
22. Connect the cable from the valve solenoid (12) to connector J604
(Out1, gnd) on the ADS3830 PCB.
