7-8 TEST AND ADJUSTMENT
1. Open the control box.
2. Find the indication LEDs (4) (see figure 46 on page 7-9) on the Velos
box (3).
3. Open the EWA transformer box (see figure 37 on page 5-28).
4. Find the trimmer coil (2) (see figure 46 on page 7-9) on the EWA
transformer pcb (1).
Adjust
1. Turn the trimmer coil on the EWA transformer pcb clockwise until it is
completely in the coil housing with a non-metal screwdriver.
2. Turn the trimmer anti-clockwise until the green LED (4) lights up.
3. If the green LED does not light up:
1. Remove the jumper on connector B1 on the EWA transformer pcb
(1) (see figure 38 on page 5-29).
2. Connect the jumper to connector B2 on the EWA transformer pcb.
3. Repeat the adjustment procedure.
Attach the EWA transformer housing to the front portal
1. Install the cover on the EWA transformer box.
2. Install the EWA transformer box in the EWA transformer housing.
Make sure not to damage the cables.
3. Connect the rear sides of the parts of the housing.
4. Slide the assembly over the front portal.
5. Attach the EWA transformer on the front portal with two M8 bolts,
washers and nuts (1) .
