- Tighten the nut (7).
Torque: 950 Nm (95 kgm).
This torque is realised by extending your wrench with a
150 cm long pipe (fig. A-4) and by then applying a force of
635 N (63,5 kg).
When fitting th securing plate the nut should be tightened
and is not allowed to be unscrewed.
- Tighten the five bolts (14) with a torque of 120 Nm
(12 kgm) and secure the bolt with a second nut.
A.2Replacement of the disc on the drive
element
- Untighten the three bolts from the cover (A , fig. A-5).
- Untighten the bolts from the protection bush (B) and lower
it into the hat (C).
- Dismount the yoke (D) from the stub axle.
- Remove the cover (A) and protection bush B.
- Untighten the four bolts in the bottom of the hat (C) and
remove the hat.
- Dismount the mower disc.
- Mount the parts in the reverse order. Mind the position of
the disc in respect of the other discs.
- Secure the mover (drive) disc bolts with Loctite 243 and
tighten them with a torque of 20-25 Nm (2-2,5 kgm).
