•Youhaveallthecablesandotherequipmentthatarespeciﬁedinthedocumentationthatcomeswiththe

newdrive.

•Youhavecheckedtheinstructionsthatcomewiththenewdrivetodeterminewhetheryoumustset

anyswitchesorjumpersinthedrive.

•Youhaveremovedtheblueopticaldriverailsfromthesideoftheolddriveandhavethemavailablefor

installationonthenewdrive.
