PIN Signal Description
1 TD+ Data communication, transmission
2 RD+ Data communication, transmission
3 TD- Data communication, reception
4 RD- Data communication, reception
FE GND/shield Functional earth, communication cable shield. The shield of the inter-
connection cable is on the thread of the M12 connector. The thread is
part of the metallic housing. The housing is at the same potential as
functional earth.
