Note: For frequent jams, hole punch problems, or stapling
problems, first check the finisher to printer alignment. Go to
“Aligning the finisher and printer” on page 3-59.
Run the finisher sensor test in diagnostic mode to test the sensors
and switches.

Run the staple test in diagnostic mode to test feeding and stapling
function.
