1. Verify that the controller is
powered and operating correctly.
2. If there are no controller alarms,
replace the piece of equipment
that has lost communication.
3. If the problem is not solved, call
your local RTAC representative.
CTLR MAJ Bay Interface ID
Conflict
-- Two or more bay
interface cards
(BICs) have the
same ID number.
Following instructions printed on the
label over the BIC, adjust the DIP
switches to change the ID number.
CTLR MIN PC Power Fuse -- Fuse has
operated.
Replace the controller fuse on BJF
board labeled PCPWR (PC power).
CTLR MIN Self Fail Test -- See “Controller
Fail”.
