COM1/2Serial Gateway Configuration Screen

Enable—Enable/Disable the serial data port.
NOTE: Setting this parameter for COM1 port to Enable pro-
hibits access of the iNET Management System through this
port. However, the iNET MS can still be accessed via Telnet
or browser through the LAN port.
Mode—Select IP-to-Serial or Serial-to-Serial.
Data Baud Rate—Data rate for the
COM port.
1,200–115,200 bps.
Flow Control—RTS/CTS handshaking between iNET
and connected device. (Enable/Disable)
Receive on Port—Receive IP data from this source and
pass it through to the connected serial device. The port num-
ber must be used by the application connecting to local TCP
socket.
Execute Changes—Save and execute changes made on
this screen (Shown only after changes have been entered.)
