7. Tighten the oil pan screws in sequence (1–14) to the specified torque.

9. Install the appropriate engine oil dipstick.

Cylinder Head
Core Plug Installation
The cylinder head assembly is unidirectional and needs a core plug installed in the aft end of the cylinder head. This is
determined on what side of the engine it is installed on.
1. Apply Loctite 242 Threadlocker sealant to the outside diameter of the new engine head core expansion plug.
