Havingturnedthelanedeparturepreventionsystemon

oftheindicatorstalkswitch(asshownabove).Thelane
departurepreventionsystemwillenterthestandbyor
activestate.Thesystemdefaultstothelastselectedstate
fromwhentheSTART/STOPSwitchwasON/READ Y .
Whenthelanedeparturepreventionsystemisinthe
standbyoractivestate,youcantemporarilydisablethe
functionbypressingthebuttonattheendoftheindicator
stalkswitch(asshownabove).Pressingthebuttonagain
willresumethefunction.
Whenthelanedeparturepreventionfunctionis
enabled,theindicatorlampilluminatesyellow.Whenthe
functionisenabledandthevehiclespeedisabove37mph,
theindicatorlampturnsgreen.Whenthefunctionis
disabled,thesystemindicatorlampextinguishes.Ifthelane
departurepreventionsystemdetectsafaultorfailure,the
indicatorlampwillashyellowfor90s,andthenremainon.
