isswitchedoffwhenbeingtowed.Ifthe
automaticemergencybrakingsystemand
automaticemergencybrakingsystemfor
pedestriansisenabledwhenthevehicleis
beingtowed,adverseeffectsmayaffectthe
safetyofyourvehicle,thetowingvehicleand
thepeoplearound.
Toavoidtheoccurrenceofaccidents,never
speciallytestthefunctionsoftheautomatic
emergencybrakingsystemandautomatic
emergencybrakingsystemforpedestrians.
Whentheswitchfortheautomaticemergencybraking
systemintheinfotainmentdisplayisON,thesystemwill
detectandmonitorthevehicleaheadinthesamelaneusing
theforwarddetectionradarandfrontviewcamera.When
thesystemdetectsthatthereisariskofcollisionbetween
thevehicleandthevehicleahead,thebrakesystemwill
automaticallyintervenetodeceleratethevehicle,soasto
avoidcollisionaccidentsormitigatedamagefromcollision
accidents.IfthevehicleisbrakedandstoppedunderAEB
orAEBPcontrol,itwillremainstationaryforabout2s.
Thenthecontrolofthevehiclewillbehandedovertothe
driver.
Whentheswitchfortheautomaticemergencybraking
systemforpedestriansintheinfotainmentdisplayisON,
thesystemwilldetectandmonitorthepedestriansaheadin
thesamelaneusingtheforwarddetectionradarandfront
