Overall Impedance Measurement Theory
The simplified model of the 6632 impedance measurement, Vs is the test signal
voltage and RO is source resistance. If the current across the DUT is I when a
test signal voltage V is applied, the DUT's impedance, Z, is expressed by Z = .
