Door Motor System - continued

Replacement

Step 1: Remove door motor assembly.

A) Disconnect wire harness from J15 on PC board.

B) Remove two nuts, connector rod, & motor bracket.

C) Disconnect motor switch wire harness.

D) Remove motor switch.

Equipment Alert

Connector rod must be installed in proper hole

in cam. (See illustration).

Step 2: Install door motor assembly.

A) Install motor switch.

B) Connect motor switch wire harness.

C) Insert connector rod into proper hole in cam.

D) Insert other end of rod into latch lever hole.

E) Position motor bracket, secure with two nuts.

F) Rotate cam down until it clears the motor switch.

G) Loosen motor switch screws.

H) Push right side of motor switch down.

I) Tighten motor switch screws.
