If you are testing the valve during a specific cycle mode
(Fill Mode, Vent Mode, etc), steps A thru C are not required.
Refer to Service Diagnostics section for steps A thru C.
Fill / Vent Valve: Supply Voltage Test
A) Activate the Service Diagnostics Mode.
B) Initiate the I/O Test.
C) Energize the desired valve (Fill or Vent).
D) Disconnect wires from valve terminals.
E) Set meter to ‘VDC’
F) Place meter probes wires.
Fill / Vent Valve: Continuity Test
A) Disconnect wires from desired valve.
B) Set meter to ‘M Ω’
C) Place meter probes on valve terminals.
Equipment Alert
Sterilizer door must be closed to perform fill valve test.
