Adjust the Pressure Plate
1...With the inner tubes deflated, tighten the tension nut
(item 30), until two threads extend beyond the nut.
2...Check the spring with air pressure applied to the in-
ner tubes. Verify that the spring is not over com-
pressed. If the spring height is only 3/4”, it will be
necessary to loosen the tension nut.
NOTE: The door spring should be slightly com-
pressed. If the spring is compressed too much the air
bags will not be able to inflate and properly seal the door.
