Setting Interval wiping
When a set time has elapsed, the machine automatically
wipes the nozzle surfaces of the head to remove any ink
droplets attached to the surfaces.
In case that deflection, nozzle missing, or symptom which
ink droplets fall down occurred, set the interval between
each operation shorter.

Press to select SETUP 1 to 4, and
press the key.
• Setup menu appears.

(>>) twice

Press to select “Interval Wiping”
, and press the key.

Press to set intervals.
• Set Value : 3 to 255 min, OFF
• When [OFF] is set, periodical wiping is not
executed.

end the setting.
Setting Head Gap
Set the head gap (height from the media to the nozzle
plane of the heads).

Press to select “Head Gap” and
press the key.

Press to set a value of the head
gap and press the key.
• Set value : 1.5 to 7.0mm

end the setting.
• The color tone may change, depending on the
timing when periodic wiping is performed. Check
in advance that the color tone is not affected.
