• If the customer does not call for support, it might be because the robot is running
perfectly, but it might also be because they have problems and gave up on the robot.
• Urge them to contact you with problems, especially in the beginning.
• Contact customers yourself in the beginning to make sure they are happy and the product
is working satisfactorily.
A good handover also includes making a risk assessment. Read more in Risk
