For a component that applies local fiducial, the fiducial mark information as well as X
coordinate (XPos), Y coordinate (YPos) and R coordinate (rotation angle) of the placement
position should be entered in the Job program.
In both cases above, the component placement position is determined and checked
through the downward camera using the part number and part library information in the
same way as the component picking process.
Component pick & place position teaching
While the user can directly enter a coordinate value to determine the PCB home position
or to give reference point or placement position information, a desired position value is
typically obtained through position teaching. The downward (head) camera is used for
teaching a specific position.
