Offline Feeder Setup Manual
Program Functions
Offline Feeder Setup program is designed to correctly place feeders
and parts on the trolley within as short time as specified in PRG job
program and to minimize the feeder replacement time by performing
the feeding test offline.
Program functions are as follows:
Read Intelligent Feeder (IF) Data (All or Each Feeder)
(IF Data: SWID, Part Number, Remain#, Alarm#, Pitch, Width, Feeding#)
Edit IF Data
Save IF Data (All or Each Feeder)
IF Feeding Test
(All or Selected Feeder, Repeat Mode or not, set Count and Delay)
Load, Save, and Close PRG File
Comparison PRG and IF Data
Display the Comparison Result
Read Part Bar Code and update data
(Barcode String, Remain Count)
Read Feeder No. Bar Code and automatically change
current feeder
Print Part Bar Code
Print Feeder No. Bar Code
