Check Method
Check for abnormal noise/vibration in the following parts when running the machine.
1. Check for abnormal noise/vibration in the X- and Y-axis linear slides.
2. Check for abnormal noise/vibration in the conveyor assembly.
3. Do not step into the cover of the machine when checking for noise. Physical injury or
an accident could result.
4. Make sure to do leveling when moving the machine. If leveling is not done properly,
vibration could critically affect placing accuracy and cable connection.
Weekly Check (Every 150 Hours )

This check is intended to prevent vision error that could be caused by
particles on the camera lens.
