Vision System - Upward Camera
The upward camera of vision system is used for component recognition
and mark inspection.
• Structure and Types
The camera consists of optics (or CCD camera), LED Illuminator and
Vision Processing Engine.
LED illumination of each camera is adjustable using the program editor.
As the bracket of the precision camera is vertically adjustable, it can
exactly recognize complicated components.
3-CCD, 1-SQFP camera composed of 3 CCD units is used for the upward
camera.
<Figure 4-13> shows the structure of upward camera.
