Chapter 4 How To Use Program 4-11
Feeder Data Display Table
Feeder Data Display Table is used for displaying the feeder data read
from the feeder when you click Read Feeder button and the data read
from the PRG you opened by clicking the Open button. It is also used for
displaying the processing status of the data read from the barcode reader.
This table shows Hole No, S/W ID, Part Number, Remain #, Alarm #,
Pitch, Width and Feeding # as shown in the following figure. Here, the
lines are marked in gray as shown in the following figure in case that: the
feeders are set as not to be used for PRG, they are tray feeders, or the
feeders not specified in PRG.
You have to scan the parts or a feeder number barcode while a cell is
selected in this table. When the feeder number barcode value is scanned,
it moves to the row corresponding to the extracted feeder number. When
the scanned part barcode is different from the part name in the row
selected in the table, an error message is displayed and when they are
matched, Remain field is updated. To save the updated Remain data to
the feeder, you have to click Write Feeder button and to save it to PRG,
you have to click Save button.
