stops when the door is opened.

1. High reliability ensured by precision linear motor
Precision as well as the tact time is enhanced by adopting a powerful
linear motor.
2. Placing error reduced by intelligent feeder (motorized feeder)
The intelligent feeder developed by Mirae prevents placing error,
stores various data including component information, component
balance, and component feeing pitch, and enhances reliability and
convenience through communication with the mounter.
3. Gentle placing minimizes component damage
Placing stability is ensured through the soft pick and place control
along the Z-axis.
4. Process stability ensured by conveyor soft stop function
Soft stop of the motor control prevents unnecessary displacement of
the placed components.
5. Reliability and low vibration ensured by CAE structural analysis
Structural analysis of each component verifies low weight and high
reliability, and ‘Modal Analysis’ is used to ensure a low-vibration
structure. System stability is ensured by analysis of numerous field
tests.
