Setup Mode
* Serial: Real-time monitoring on the current status of the
system is carried out through serial communication.
* Telnet: Telnet is used for parameter setting or file
transmission.
Serial Port: Enter the serial port connected to the KVME-080 board.
Typically, the KVME-080 board is connected to COM2.
VME IP Address: Enter the IP Address defined for the 080 board
(main control board).
[ Important Commands]
* The following commands should be used after the system
has stopped. Improper use of these commands could incur damage
on the system.
1. kStop: Halts the current function under execution or stops the
function being halted.
2. WriteCurrPos(axisID): Shows the current position of the axis. AxisID
should be one of 0~37, 91, 92, 97, 98 and 99 and should be set to
xs(1~4). AxisID is automatically set to xs(0) during production.
3. ppp: Same as writeCurrPos(99). Shows the current positions of all
axes.
4. pp1: Same as writeCurrPos(97). Shows the current position of the
Front XYRZ axis.
5. showAlpha: Shows the machine information such as machine Type,
Model, SerialNo, MFG Date, Alpha S/W version, Alpha S/W Creation
Date, etc.

6. KeySet(set): Controls T-Box to be used for Tray Feeder Unit or
Shuttle.
Set: 0 => X,Y,Z motion of Mounter Gantry
1=> X,Y,Z motion of Tray Feeder Unit or Shuttle.
7. VisionReset(set): Used to reset the Vision Board. After reset, restore
the vision Board using ‘ksh’.
8. ksh: Used for reloading of Vision Board.
9. ClsDryLock: For Dry Run of a job program, run this command first on
the MrTerminal.
10. GameOut: The power box could be damaged if the main power
switch on the Control Panel is turned off while the power box is on.
