For Base Origin1, enter the first position of ANC Mark (the left ceramic mark) through position
teaching using the Head Camera. For Base Origin2, enter the second
position of ANC Mark (the right ceramic mark) through position teaching
using the Head Camera. For Z value of Base Origin1, after Z-axis Servo
Off and ANC Base Up, lower the Z axis with hand and enter by position
teaching the position where the socket can be opened.
Z Stroke1 determines the Z limit of head motion during ANC operation.
Enter a value large enough not to collide with the head and the upper
surface of nozzles inserted into the ANC.
