The Maintenance Manual covers the specifications, features, installation, structure, operation
flow and operation procedure (starting) of the machine.
The Maintenance Manual describes maintenance of the Mx-Series SMD mounter. This manual
is provided when a system is purchased.

etc.
Chapter 3 Machine Overview
: Covers appearance of the machine and names of them main units.
Chapter 4 Regular Maintenance
: Summarizes check items, error positions and check method by period and by module for errors
that could result
during operation.
Chapter 5 Regular Check
: Summarizes regular check items for efficient operation of the machine.
Chapter 6 Solutions for Errors
: Describes error messages and measures for errors that could result during operation.
Appendix
: Includes machine specifications, life cycle list of parts, and drawings of parts, controls and air pressure
devices. Also includes the terms commonly used for chip mounters so that users can improve their
knowledge of chip mounters.
