x Checking the separation between rack and pinion
1. Unplug the machine.
2. Check the separation between the rack and pinion gears
while moving the nozzle shaft up and down.
- Normal: There is no shaking even if the nozzle shaft is jerked up and down.
-Abnormal: The nozzle shaft shakes when it is jerked up and
down.
3. If shaking occurs due to improper separation between rack and pinion, it should
be readjusted by service personnel.
